Daily Life Skills at Unity Neighborhoods Hub is for people who are ready to feel more in control of their everyday routines but are not sure where to start. We sit beside you, not above you, and break daily tasks into clear, manageable steps so life feels less overwhelming and more doable.
Through our Daily Living Skills Training, we practice the basics that actually keep a day running: getting dressed and ready on time, preparing simple meals, keeping spaces tidy, handling laundry, and following through with appointments. We move at your pace, practicing together until tasks feel familiar instead of stressful.
Our Time Management Coaching focuses on building routines that fit your real life. We help you map out your week, use calendars or phone reminders in a way that works for you, and sort out what needs to happen now versus what can wait. The goal is not perfection; it is helping you feel less rushed, less scattered, and more organized.
With Self-Care Education, we walk through personal hygiene, sleep, movement, and basic wellness habits in a respectful, judgment-free way. Many of us were never really taught these skills either, so we approach them with honesty and practical tips, not shame. Together, we build simple routines that support your health and confidence.
